بعض الناس يردد (فصل السلطات) وهو يجهل أصلاً الجدل الواسع في تفسير وتطبيق هذا المبدأ، فلا نثبت ولا ننفي فصل السلطات بالإطلاق، ولا نعيّن صيغة معينة؛ وإنما نكِل الأمر للأمة في الدائرة الاجتهادية البشرية، ونستثني فقط ما وردت النصوص باستثنائه
