2.وَالصَّلاةُ وَالسَّلامُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ الهَادِي لِلْخَلْقِ إِلَى سَوَاءِ السَّبِيلِ، المُوَازِي عُلَمَاءُ أُمَّتِهِ كَأَنْبِيَاءِ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، وَعلَى آلِهِ البَرَرَةِ الكِرَامِ وَصَحْبِِهِ الخِيَرَةِ العِظَامِ وَالتَّابِعِينَ لَهُمْ مِن العُلَمَاءِ، مَا تَحَاوَرَ العُقَلاءُ الفُضَلاءُ الأَبْرَارُ فِي دُرُوسِ الحِكْمَةِ لِكَشْفِ الأَسْرَارِ وَتَجَادَلُوا فِي جَامِعِ العِلْمِ إِظْهَارًا لِلْحَقِّ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ ... 2. May blessings and peace be upon Muhammad, the guide of the people to the right path, who made the parallel of the scholars of his Ummah with the messengers of Bani Israil, may God bless his honorable and respectable family, his good and glorious companions as well as his followers of the ulama' who are in dialogue with rational, noble and rightful men who are conducting the lessons of wisdom in order to uncover the secrets by discussing day and night all fields of knowledge in order to demonstrate the truth.

3.وَبَعْدُ: فَإِنَّ هَذِهِ صَحِيفَةٌ شَرْعِيَّةُ الأُصُولِ وَالْمَبَانِي، وَوَثِيقَةٌ أَنِيقَةٌ مَرْعِيَّةُ الأَلْفَاظِ وَالمَعَانِي، يُفْصِحُ مَضْمُونُهَا وَيُوضِّحُ مَكْنُونُهَا عَنْ ذِكْرِ مَا حَضَرَ مَجْلِسَ الشَّرِيعَةِ الشَّرِيفَةِ الغَرَّاءِ وَمَحْفِل الطَّرِيقَةِ الزَّهْرَاءِ مَوْلانَا مُحِيِ الدِّينِ بنِ قَاسِمٍ الإِمَامُ وَكِيلًا بِالإِقْرَارِ بِالوَقْفِ وَالقَبُولِ عَلَى الوَجْهِ الَّذِي يُذْكَرُ آتِيًا عَنْ جَنَابِ المَلِكِ الأَعْظَمِ وَالأَمِيرِ الكَبِيرِ المُعَظَّمِ، قُدْوَةِ الأَعَاظِمِ وَالأَمَالِي، حَاوِي المَكَارِمِ وَالمَعَالِي، ذِي القَدْرِ الرَّفِيعِ وَالخَطْبِ الخَطِيرِ، مَالِكِ مَمَالِكِ الرَّايِ وَالتَّدْبِيرِ، مُشَيِّدِ بُنْيَانِ السَّلْطَنَةِ البَاهِرَةِ، وَمُمَهِّدِ قَوَاعِدِ الدَّوْلَةِ القَاهِرَةِ، رَافِعِ أَعْلامِ الإِسْلامِ بِالشَّوْكَةِ الشَّامِخَةِ، قَامِعِ أَصْنَامِ الكَفَرَةِ بِالصَّوْلَةِ الصَّائِلَةِ، غَازِي الغُزَاةِ وَالْمُجَاهِدِينَ، قَاتِلِ الكَفَرَةِ وَالمُشْرِكِينَ، صَاحِبِ الخَيْرَاتِ العَلِيَّةِ، وَاضِعِ الحَسَنَاتِ المِلِّيَّةِ، حَضْرَةِ خُسْرُوبِكْ ابنِ الْمَرْحُومِ فَرْهَادْ بِك، الوَالِي بِلِوَاءِ بُوسْنَةَ، زَيَّنَ اللهُ بَسَاتِينَ الإِمَارَةِ بِأَزْهَارِ آرَائِهِ الصَّائِبَةِ وَجَعَلَ أُمُورَ الجُمْهُورِ مُنْتَظِمَةً بَأَنَامِلِ أَفْكَارِهِ الثَّاقِبَةِ. ... 3. Then, may it be said - indeed that this document is based and composed on the principles of the Shari?ah. It is a valuable record which contains authentic and meaningful words the content of which confirms and uncovers its secrets by showing the fact that Mawlana Muhyuddin, son of Qasim, the Imam, has come before the honorable Shari'ah Court and the bright assembly as the wakil - agent to declare the waqf - endowment and the acceptance thereof, as shall be
