عندي انزلاق غضروفي في الرقبة 4 - 5 و5 - 6 له أربع سنوات، يسبب لي شداً في عضلات الكتف والرقبة، وتنميلاً وحرقة في العمود الفقري.

تقرير الظهر:

Th study demonstrated loos of the normal cervical lordosis indicating muscular spasm or painful neck

At the level Of c4-c5 A small posterior osteophyte disc complex is noted centrally without associated cord neither nerve root compression

At c5-c6 Tere is a broad-based central disc protrusion noted however there is no evidence of cord neither nerve root compression

The remaining disc spaces appeared intact

No obvious abnormality noted in the cervical spinal cord . satisfactory canal diameter as well as the size of the neural foramina no obvious abnormality noted at the craniocervical junction
