2فقه الاستمتاع بالحياة

إن من المفاهيم المغلوطة عن الإسلام التضييق على المسلم في الاستمتاع بالحياة، فهذا المفهوم الخاطئ ناتج عن مرض الفوبيا من الإسلام ودعاية تشويه هذا الدين العظيم، فالدارس للقرآن الكريم وسنة خير المرسلين، يعلم علم اليقين أن الإسلام وسَّع على المسلمين حيز الاستمتاع بالحياة، وجعل حد ذلك مصلحة الفرد والمجتمع، فإن نتج عن الاستمتاع ضرر أو ظلم فإنه يُحَرِّمُه، مثال ذلك أباح الإسلام جميع المشروبات واستثنى من ذلك الخمور والمُسكِرات؛ لأنها ترجع بالضرر على الإنسان وعلى المجتمع، ووجه ضررها أنها تسبب الأمراض الخطيرة وحوادث السير والجرائم والخصومات بين أفراد المجتمع، وتضييع الصلوات والعبادات والواجبات العائلية، وحبَّب الإسلام المسلم في الزواج وحرم الزنا؛ لأن فيه ظلمًا للأعراض وتضييعًا للمرأة ولأنساب الناس وصحتهم؛ إذًا نستفيد أن الإسلام الحنيف حفظ للناس حقَّهم الكامل في الاستمتاع بالحياة ما لم يكن في هذا الاستمتاع ضررٌ عليهم، وهنا لنا وقفة مع بعض النصوص الكريمة المبينة لهذا الأصل، قال تعالى: ﴿ يَاأَيُّهَا الرُّسُلُ كُلُوا مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَاعْمَلُوا صَالِحًا إِنِّي بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ ﴾ [المؤمنون: 51]، وقال أيضًا: ﴿ وَكُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا وَلَا تُسْرِفُوا ﴾ [الأعراف: 31]، وقال جل وعلا: ﴿ وَلَا تَنْسَ نَصِيبَكَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَأَحْسِنْ كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ وَلَا تَبْغِ الْفَسَادَ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِينَ ﴾ [القصص: 77]، وقال سبحانه: ﴿ فَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَى وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ ﴾ [النساء: 3]، وقال سبحانه: ﴿ قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ انْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ ﴾ [الأنعام: 11]، وقال سبحانه: ﴿ فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَانْتَشِرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَابْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴾ [الجمعة: 10].

إن الله تعالى أنزل الإسلام لإسعاد الناس وإصلاح أحوال مجتمعاتهم وتيسير أمورهم والتخفيف عليهم، ويكفينا هذا الأمر النبوي الكريم، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((يسِّرُوا ولا تُعسِّروا وبشِّرُوا ولا تُنَفِّرُوا))، وصلى الله وسلَّم وبارك على سيدنا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
 
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
One of the misconceptions about Islam is that it restricts Muslims from enjoying life.
This mistaken concept is the result of Islamophobia and the propaganda that aims to distort this great religion.
The student of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, knows with certainty that Islam allows Muslims to enjoy life and that this enjoyment should serve the interests of the individual and the community.
If harm or injustice results from this enjoyment, then it is prohibited.
For example, Islam allows all drinks except for alcoholic beverages because they harm individuals and society, causing serious illnesses, traffic accidents, crimes, and disputes among community members.
Islam encourages Muslims to get married and forbids adultery because it harms people's dignity, wastes women's time and health, and affects their lineage.
We can see that Islam preserves people's right to fully enjoy life as long as it does not harm them.
Let us look at some Quranic verses that clearly indicate this principle.
Allah says: "O messengers, eat from the good things and do righteous deeds.
Indeed, I am Knowing of what you do." (23:51) He also says: "And eat and drink, but be not excessive." (7:31) And He says: "And do not forget your share of the world.
And do good as Allah has done good to you.
And desire not corruption in the land.
Indeed, Allah does not like corrupters." (28:77) Allah also says: "So marry the women who please you, two or three or four." (4:3) And He says: "Say, 'Travel through the land and observe how He began creation.
Then Allah will produce the final creation.
Indeed Allah, over all things, is competent.'" (29:20) And He says: "So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].
And to your Lord direct your longing." Indeed, Allah sent Islam to make people happy, to reform their societies, to facilitate their affairs, and to ease their burdens.
The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "Make things easy and do not make them difficult.
Give glad tidings and do not cause people to run away." May Allah bestow peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
