Microscopic examination

Sperm concentration : 74 Million / ml

Total sperm count 222 Million sperm

Normal forms : 30 %

Motility ;

* Forward linear or non linear progressive motility : 20 %

Rapid linear progressive motility : 0 %

* Non – progressive motility : 25%

* Non – motile : 55 %

Round cells : 3-4 / hpf

Rbcs : 0-1 / hpf



أشعة على الخصيتين:

Color coded duplex us examination for scrotal contents revealed :

· Right testicle measures 4 × 3 × 2 Cm with estimated volume about 12 ml

· Left testicle measures 4 × 2.7 × 2 Cm with estimated volume about 11ml

· Both testis have homogenous texture and smooth regular outline ، No focal lesions ، Normal epidydimis on both sides no masses detected

· No abnormal fluid collections detected in either tunica vaginalis

· Normal Scrotal skin on both sides

· Normal spectral wave form of spermatic arteries on both sides

· The spermatic vein on right side measures 1.3 Mm ، No reflux detected on valsalva

· The spermatic vein on left side measures 1.8 Mm ، Mild reflux detected on valsalva


وأرجو أن تفيدوني هل من الضروري عمل عملية الدوالي أم لا ؟! وما هي الآثار الجانبية إذا لم يتم عمل العملية ؟! وما الآثار الجانبية إذا تم عمل العملية ؟!
