عنوان الاستشارة: عودة ورم في الكف الأيسر بعد إزالته

لقد أجريت لي عملية إزالة كتلة لحمية (ورم) من داخل الكف الأيسر، فهل من احتمال لمعاودتها مرة ثانية؟ وما هو السبب؟ وهذه نتيجة الزرع:

Cross description: specimen received consists of a dark tissue 0.90.60.5Cm .in sectioning it show mural hemorrhage.


Histological description: sections show proliferation of uniform myofibroblasts with fibriller cytoplasm in the fibroadipose of the tissue. the stoma is mildly collagenized with increasing of capillary vessels that show perivascular inflammatory coll infiltration. no evidence of malignancy is seen


Diagnosis: excisional subcutaneous biopsy، Left hand

Dupuytren,s contacture (palmar fibromatosis
