Since my arabic typing is poor، I am deeply sorry to write my inquiry in english. your response to my letter in arabic is highly appreciated. my story with psychological illness has started on 07/1997. 2 Years prior to that I was suffering from nasal، Throat and lungs infection. during these 2 Years i took lots of antibiotics، Antihistamines and finally 2 Injections of cortisone. the next day after taking these 2 Injections، I walked up from sleep feeling extremely fearful، Sweating and had fast heart beats. i visited cardiologist and made lots of medical examinations but every thing was normal. dr. informed that i needed to see a psychiatrist

I visited a psychiatrist at erfan hospital in jeddah، Ksa، After the first meeting with him; he informed that i am struck with illness called major panic disorder mixed with depression episodes. he put me on 2 Tablets of nortline +1 Tablet 20Mg. of seroxat +1 Tablet of xanax .50 Mg. my condition worsen after medication.

3 Months later improvement was gradually seen، Nortline & xanax were withdrew. i kept taking seroxat 20Mg. for 2 Years. i managed to withdraw seroxat after that period. dr. put me on motival for one year and was feeling great except my concentration was gradually decreased. i informed the dr.، He suggested that i had to return back to seroxat again and i needed to take it for life. once i took the first tablet of seroxat old symptoms re-appeared. thus، Dr. informed me that i have to take xanax .50 Mg. everytime i take seroxat. also prescribed to me 100 Mg. trazolan at night. most of mentioned period i was not feeling well، Never return back to normal، My feeling of life was artificial، If i don't take xanax with any ssris medicine i feel agitated، Sweating، Hyperactive، Anixiatic. ، Sleeping difficulties، Sexual dysfunction، Weight gain، Mood disorders.

Dear dr. mohammed، I was seen by several psychiatrists and several medicines were prescribed such as: seroquel، Cipralex، Dogamatile، Faverine,truxal,lexotanil. i am Extremely fed-up and sick of all medications. i have tried several times to wean off from seroxat but no use. i have read about most of psychiatrics medications mainly seroxat that is considered life taking medicine with lots...lots...lots of side effects that causes additional endurable symptoms besides the original ones.

I have lost my career، My family، My beloved ones and taste of life may be because of these evil medicines.

I seek your support after allah in my crisis.

Current medications: seroxat 10 Mg. + trazolan 100Mg. + xanax 1.5 Mg. or lextonil 9mg.
